Revised recipe

Here is the less-spicy version of the pumpkin cookie recipe, as promised! I also tweaked the sugar levels slightly since it IS a cookie and the holidays should be as sweet as can be.

I saw your recipe posted the other day. It looks as good on-line as it did in person. I am sorry you didn't win the daily prize as yours was clearly the best one in that bunch!-)
